We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to add to our already established team. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative and experienced with a passion for engaging young people and staff to promote positive outcomes for the young people who we care for.

Qualification Requirement

· level 7 qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies

· Level 7 in Nursing/Psychiatric, RNID, Nursing Psychology, Teaching, Youth and Community, Child and Adolescent psychotherapy and or Social Work

Company Ethos

24hr Care Services Residential Division was set up to meet the high demand of places required for young people who need to obtain a residential placement. We are a medium to long term placement for young people between the ages of 13-17 of mixed gender who are experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties and have suffered trauma in their past. We work from a Trauma Informed Model of Care. We work in ways that enhance human dignity in trusting, caring and co-operative relationships that respect the worth and uniqueness of the individuals we care for

Suitable Applicants must have

Relevant experience

Full driving license

Excellent communication skills

Excellent team skills

Highly motivated to teach and learn

Location: North Co. Dublin and Navan, Co. Meath

Other locations coming in the new year and transfers are offered to current staff for change of location when available
